Guy not even phased by 2 tazers

At first I thought it was a joke because the officer somehow manages to allow the suspect to flee after fighting with him, then he's moving slower than cold molasses chasing the suspect (maybe lack of fitness?) but fast enough to call in the suspects location. The guy filming was an officer too? Whoever he was, he didn't seem to be any help to the officer dealing with the suspect. Then after they catch up with the "drunk" suspect, the suspect gets hit with 2 tazers and just keeps walking like nothing ever happened. Messed up but interesting if you ask me.

I didn't see the two hits, only the one and it looks like he got hit in the arm and then threw it off. If they don't attach, then they are no good.

The video quality is pretty crappy but i can sort of see what you are saying now that you point it out. But weren't they still trying to zap him when they got him on the ground (sounded like 2 tazers clicking to me) and he still was able to continue resisting.

if both barbs dont stick in, then the effect is greatly reduced.
