CAMBRIDGE - A bizarre Harvard Square stalker — who can’t seem to stop fondling women’s feet — was reportedly at it again last week, grabbing a yoga instructor’s ankle and photographing her flexible foot with his camera phone, police said.
No charges have been brought against the 28-year-old Watertown sole man as of this week, but police said they aren’t dragging their feet in the case.
“If anything, they will probably have him subpoenaed into court,” said police spokesman Frank Pasquarello.
Pasquarello said police protocol calls for officers to charge suspects in court if no police officers witnessed the assault.

Police stopped the alleged foot fanatic Aug. 10 at 5:01 p.m. after a 41-year-old Roslindale woman spotted him walking down Mass. Ave. near the Hong Kong restaurant. The suspect allegedly accosted the woman and her feet at a Harvard Square business in April, according to past police reports.

As police were questioning the alleged foot aficionado, a 27-year-old yoga instructor ran up to police to report the same suspect had just grabbed her and taken a photo of her foot. The victim told police she was stretching at Dahn Yoga and Healing at 1100 Mass. Ave. when the suspect walked into the studio and told her he could show her how to stretch her feet.
