Patroling the AM rush hour 93 N, I notice traffic is a little slower than normal. Hoping that its nothing but heavy traffic, I notice the roof of a car on the right up a small distance. If anybody knows the Dorchester (gas tank) area, you notice there are breakdown area seperated, but thats it. This car isnt in one. Damn!!
I flick my strobes, hit my one siren (air siren) and the cars in front of me move up a little. I move to the right and cars are now on my left trying to squeeze to the left, to let me through on the right. I go by them and now stop behind the disabled vehicle. I see that the vehicle is occupied once. I call to H6, that Im stepping out, and will advise.
I put down my coffee (this person is NOW in trouble LOL) Open my door and step out of truck. I head toward the car and look at the driver. He is looking down toward his lap. Now I wonder why, and there is only a couple of quick replies to think of. So now I walk a little slower and causious.
Im now at the car, and cant get a visual (sun reflecting) I knock on the window, and say "Sir, you alright" He jumps and yells "What" as a steam of yellow goes from down to up, and on him (completly covered him). I then see, what he was staring at. But because there are females here, I wont say it (but we get the point) I just looked at him and said, "Sorry about your medical problem sir, have a good day" And I walked away laughing so hard I almost got sick. I bet he will never pull over like that again.
