HOLYOKE, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) New information about a Westfield Teenager involved in a fatal head-on crash in Holyoke last week. 17-year-old Vladislav Merkulov of Westfield was originally cited for a marked lanes violation after his car crossed the center line and hit a motorcycle on Route 202 on July 2nd. But now he faces additional charges. Holyoke Police Chief Anthony Scott says Merkulov is being charged with vehicular homicide and operating to endanger. The motorcycle operator, 60-year-old Richard Fanska of Westfield, was killed in that crash.
