Big deal.One scumbag murders another scumbag inside a maximum security prison.I don't know what makes this incident so important that the DOC at the time had to "reform" the whole system.I don't understand the "outrage" in the media and the state legislature over this murder.HELLO!!It's prison.Sometimes bad things happen in prison.The sad part is that if a Corrections Officer had been pulled into a cell by that lowlife Druce and been murdered the same way,the politicians,the media, and the DOC administration wouldn't have cared less.
