Just wondering if anyone knew any information on the US Marshals Detention Enforcement Officer. Not the pay but just the hours, shift, duties and that information. I've been a CO now for three years and on my way to my Masters. Been applying for the feds for years and think this may be a good gig....although I do know any federal job ESPCIALLY the marshals is tough to get in. any info on the job would be great.
Thanks

I got my Notice of Results back via email today. I scored a 85 for the DC vacancy and 88 for the boston vacancy. do u know if these scores are out 100 and are mine good enough to get to the next stage?

Yes, it is out of 100. Not to smash your dreams but just so you know what your up against... a fellow Fed LE (14 years in Fed LE) friend of mine got a 108 (98 plus 10 for vet) for THE (1) Boston position. The Marshals reportedly pick the top 10 or so to interview. They are looking to fill that position immediately, (most likely why it was only open for 7 days - which is a pretty short opening)- the guy that left that particular Boston DEO position got picked up as a Deputy USM out west. He's only been gone a couple weeks. He was in the DEO position approx a year and a half. PM Me if you wish. Best of luck.
