BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- A man is behind bars after he lead police on a chase through three South Shore towns.
A source tells 7News that the suspect allegedly stole a big rig in West Bridgewater, drove through Brockton, and finally came to a halt in East Bridgewater when police laid down stop sticks.
Sources say that a pursuing officer shot at the truck during the chase, however the driver was not hit.
The suspect was arrested after police laid down stop sticks.
BOSTON -- A Brockton man faces a judge Tuesday on charges that he stole a tractor-trailer and led police on a multi-town chase.
Sky 5 was over the scene Monday in West Bridgewater, where the chase came to an end.
Police said they used tire deflation devices to stop Marc Senatus, 35.
State Police alleged that Senatus was also involved in an earlier incident with police where shots were fired.
Senatus faces nine different charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon -- the tractor trailer.
