(WBZ)BOSTON State police in Massachusetts and New Hampshire are actively searching for some stolen car parts that may contain an explosive charge.
The parts in question are catalytic converters.
Dozens of them were stolen a few days ago from a junk yard in Milton Mills, New Hampshire.
One is packed with an explosive charge.
The scrap dealer came across the charge while stripping a car and stored it inside a catalytic converter for safe keeping. But there's no way of knowing which one.
The thief sold 35 of the converters to a scrap dealer here in Massachusetts.
We're told investigators have some leads in the case.
