CMPSA Whacker bites back...

(Click here to view the original thread on the MassCops Message Board)

Posted by: Wolfman

...in one of the most lame and ineffective crybaby sites I've ever seen. Makes "baystatecops" (anyone remember that one) look good!

http://www.masscops.net

As if scamming the "masscops" moniker wasn't bad enough, this Baril assclown starts whining about injustice...Dude, if I stepped in a big steaming pile of crap, the last thing I'd do is hold my foot up for the world to see.

It's long, but read the police report...job well done by the officer. Plainly shows a ton of blatant offenses and violations. Rumor has it that CMPSA and/or certain members have resurfaced as some sort of "Berkshire" rescue whacker group and was kicked out of recent incident scenes when they "responded".

When whackerism permeates this deeply, it's time for therapy - or incarceration. IMO.

Posted by: justanotherparatrooper

I got as far as "read it here" and closed the window...the guy is an IDIOT and Im still waiting to be served(are we still being sued?)

Posted by: phuzz01

Great job investigating by the Trooper. Too bad the cleark magistrate and the judge failed to properly analyze all of the facts and make the appropriate inferences...

Posted by: OutOfManyOne

I just think it was such a waste of time investigating such nonsense. Any cop knows these guys are whackers and going after them is like going after injured animal. I think it was a great investigation and well written report into nothing with absolutely no value. A supervisor should hagve nipped this nonsense in the butt before it escalated to where it did. It's just like cops charging people for having MPA stickers on their cars. I have ssen this backfire in the worse way on people. Let's stick to enforcing real laws and stop this nonsense. If he drives around with red, blue or amber or whatever lights on, pull them over and gig them. My consensus on this is that it was piss poor police work even though it involved investigating a bunch of dopes.

Posted by: phuzz01

I could not disagree with you more. This group of nutjobs were parading around pretending to be legitimate public safety professionals. While you and I may be able to tell the difference, the general public may not. Who knows whether these guys were making illegal traffic stops, or whether members of the public were depenending on them for help thinking they were the real deal. That is a danger to public safety.

This is a perfect example of a good police officer starting with a simple traffic violation, and using observations and investigative skills to uncover a much larger pattern of criminal activity.

And finally, a "consensus" is when several people agree with each other. You can't have a "consensus" with yourself.

He doesn't have a choice..... no one else will have a consensus with him.

Why do we even give this rat trap the bandwidth and support his attention seeking behavior?

So that anyone, anywhere, who comes across this knucklehead will know exactly who they're dealing with?

Posted by: SOT

Well it's an answer...but I think anyone could read any of the numerous previous threads and get the idea.

It's like that other douchebag...who shall be nameless.

Posted by: Sniper

hahahahahahaahhahahaa SOT

Posted by: frank

He can't be that smart...after all, he's posting scanned copies of documents printed on a laser printer that was blacked out with a permanent marker...

...and the permanent marker bleeds off of the toner baked on the page (it's glossy), and you can read everything he has blacked out - including his DOB, SSN, etc.

Dee dee dee.

Mr. Baril is to public safety what L. Ron Hubbard was to religion.

<RIMSHOT>

Thank you. I'll be here all week. Try the veal.

Posted by: rg1283

CMPSA is too busy somehow grabbing radio frequencies that could be used by police and fire departments that need them.

So, you think it's okay for any schmoe to declare himself in charge of a public safety agency, get Official Disaster plates from the RMV, and be assigned radio frequencies in the public safety band?

You and I sure have different ideas of what "nonsense" means.

Posted by: SinePari

Don't forget a few months ago, there were some fake cops running around Chicopee/Holyoke robbing people. Tpr Sanchez gets the point across via this turd.

My God, what does it take to stop these people? Silver bullets? A crucifix? A garlic necklace?

Seriously, it seems like "Chief" Baril has learned a lesson from his experience in the MA Trial Court system and has backed things down about 1,000 notches.

I'm all for volunteerism and people helping their community, but it has to be tempered by the law and common sense. Hopefully, Mister Baril will learn from his past mistakes.

It's the real deal, it was just never served, he mailed it to my chief with some lame letter asking that it be served and also be placed in my personal file.

Like CMPSA world HQ is a Dave and Busters place or Wrights Chicken Farm, or Woodmans, or Caseys in Natick, or you get the point. Oh no I won;t be able to eat microwave hot pockets at CMPSA this week!

Technically CMPSA was or is a member, so wouldn't that mean he wouldn't be able to go into that address?

Posted by: tazoez

LOL, so does that mean I have to tell the officers/troopers during my oral interview that I now have a no trespass order against me?

What a joke....

Posted by: SOT

Ok so it has not been served, he's just doing dumb shit to get attention and to cause trouble....more of the same attention seeking behavior.

That's OK I'm putting the word out at my next MEMA meeting about this very unprofessional behavior on his part. Can I have a copy of that Gil? I can just reprint the PDF if that's OK.

Posted by: justanotherparatrooper

MEMA meeting hahahahahaha!

Posted by: Killjoy

Don't "No Trespass" orders have to be served in person? Doesn't it say that right on the form? Also I have to applaud Baril's stellar penmanship....don't give up on that calligraphy!

Posted by: dcs2244

His obvious use of Hunt Speedball pens and Higgins India Ink was immediately apparent...shame that medieval monks didn't have his hand...

Yeah, I learned to "ink" my "mechanical drawings"...using hand-dipped pens...ditto replication of drawings was spotty at best, ink was needed to have the proper line weights reproduce in the copies. Pain in the ass...one mistake and start over...from scratch.

What in the world is that F--knuckle thinking

Posted by: RodneyFarva

Tuna, about 8 yeas ago I used to work at the Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough as a security guard (Insert funny hat/ uniform/mall pig joke here) this guy would show up in a white suburban with a full light bar, push bar and every friggin scanner antenna known to man, and he would try to recruit the security guards for his “company” . this just goes to show you what kind of guy you may be dealing with.

Posted by: Tuna

R F WE have had dealings with this CMPSA group at Douglas State Park, on a poss. suicide and down at Wallum when they had an unregistered PWC practicing rescue drills. At first I thought they were special needs kids (no offense to special needs) or overgrown boy scouts (no offense there either) but they now appear to be down right dangerous to the rank and file that actually do the job. I hope that somewhere down the road they really step on there D-ck and get in the shitz but good. Posting all those court documents makes me think "LOOSER" How much did the mouth piece cost him

Posted by: RodneyFarva

"unregistered PWC practicing rescue drills" - yikes whakerdom has been brought to a new level!

Posted by: Foxracingmtnridr

Don't go to the website now. It's a worm.

Posted by: JW12

the guy is a d*ck! with childlike hand writing and NFI!

Posted by: SOT

If he intentionally put that worm on his site, that's now a felony in MA I think.
That being said I saw these guys and they are still out there working the bike races with their fake cop cars (allegedly). It was either them or another group with the same sort of logo on their cars.

Posted by: C73

Press Release....

We are pleased to announce that the Central Massachusetts Public Safety Association (CMPSA) came to Myles Standish State Forest to provide their outstanding services for the bike race that occurred today. They showed up in uniform, with shiny badges, traffic vests and patent leather duty belts to hold only a portable radio and a rubber glove case. They brought all their radios, a repeater, first aid kits, and their Ford Explorer, better known as "Emergency Response 1" not to be confused with Ecto1. "ER1" is quite the rig. It has "Emergency Response" in red letters on the hood, all the radios and antennas. It has a console with radios, scanners and toggle switches . It has all the LED low profile lights that Galls has to offer. There are the nice amber ones in the center rear window and around facing forward around the rear view mirror. But the real doozies are the all the red ones. They are in the grill, in the rear side windows, on the side mirrors, and in the rear hatch window. Heck, I even think there was an LED visor in the front window. It was a regular Whelen commercial watching this rig fly by me enroute to an injured biker. It had almost everything you could possibly dream of, except for one minor detail..... A red light permit. Oh thats right, who needs a silly permit when you accomplish so much good in the world and save lives on a daily basis....... What kind of price can you put on all the lives saved??
How about $335.00 into the coffers of the Commonwealth.
$300.00 for 90-7E
$35.00 for 540CMR22.07

and oh yeah thanks for coming.

C73

A few quotes from today..
1. CMSPA- "This is a kick in the balls after we worked so well together today!"
2. CMSPA-"I bet your one of the guys on MassCops who talk shit about us."

I just soiled myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by: Delta784

Out fucking standing!!!!!

I take it they no longer have red "Disaster Vehicle" plates?

Posted by: C73

No disaster plates. ER1 has shiny new commercial plates. One of my guys got them uninspected and no red light permit about 4 months ago. The inspection sticker on ER1 was no good b/c of the transfer from the disaster plate to the commercial plate because the RMV revoked the disaster plate.

C73

CMSP" I am exempt under 90-7I; disaster vehicles."
PO " But you are not a disaster vehicle. You are displaying commercial plates."
CMSP" I would still have the disaster plates if someone at the registry didn't take a bribe."

Much like Batman and Robin, the CMPSA has no time for your "laws" or "regulations". Do you think the atomic-powered batmobile has the proper permits from the NRC? Peanuts compared to the countless lives these two heroes have saved from certain death!

Mike, As I stated yesterday. The time for discussion is in the Clerks Office not on the side of the road or on MassCops. The difference between CMPSA and a tow truck is that a Tow Truck actually serves a purpose. Oh wait, theres an idea. The CMPSA Division of Road Side Services. I'm surprised you didn't think of this one before. You could jump all the MSP's DMV calls on the pike, think of all the lives you could save. Most importantly you would finally have a valid excuse for being parked in the Rest Areas.

540 CMR 22.07 for the amber led's and 90-7 for the red led's.

C-73 I see you made a new "friend" in bfd 112 Tuna is right, this is hilarious! All these clowns need is a "Kick me" sign stuck to their backs. BOTTOM LINE: Play "Dress Up", stand in the road and pretend you're a cop, ride around "patrolling" pretending you're a cop, and sooner or later you're going to be riding in a real police car, with real cuffs on your wrists, dealing with real cops. Mikey, you keep whackin' at the hornets nest - you're gonna get stung!

And I'm sure glad that 73 has refrained from any references to "bobbing" in his posts..................

"The unit was recently removed from our vehicle and works flawlessly. Both strobe tubes function/work. Overall unit is in excellent working condition. We upgraded to newer technology LED warning lights and selling off the unused equipment."
