Does anyone have any info on any of the County DOCs up in NH, ie pay, number postions avalible, working conditions, leo powers, etc

Thanks for any answers

I shoot with 1 and know another casually. Both are county CO's up here.

1 is an ex-Hillsborough County CO. Thats the Valley Street Jail in Manchester.
He hated it. Low pay (12.50 an hour), lower morale, didn't sound like there were any leo duties. But it was a stepping stone.
And they are always hiring it seems.

Contrary to that, I know another in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood, and he seems to love it. Most likely retiring from there. I've seen a few ads from them, but not as many as Hillsborough County. I assume its a better place to work. Good luck!

Well, apply in Bristol County $13.50 to start, "who's your daddy"!
