Interesting that article forgets to mention the fact that one of the biggest hurdles to lethal injection is finding a useable vein on some inmates who were drug users.
One simple solution exsists, just start using the 'Iron Maiden'.

a 3ft drop with a rope around theyre neck is pretty much guarenteed to ruin theyre day and as an added benefit can be reused over an over!

It's quick, efficient, painless, and cheap to boot. If the Red Brigade is really concerned with the prisoner's anxiety, then drug them unconscious first. As long as it gets done, I'm not particular about the details.
Executed inmates are almost always cremated, so who cares if they're cooked in two pieces?
