Main Page Officer Bob Cabral Memorial Motorcycle Ride

The 2nd Annual Memorial Motorcycle Ride for Lt. Bob Cabral will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2007. Bob was a police officer in the Town of Swansea and dedicated his life the the youth of the town, specializing in the DARE program. He was a coach, friend, father... truly someone everyone could look up to or confide in. Anyone who had the honor to know Bob was deeply saddened and shocked by his untimely Line of Duty Death on November 5, 2005.

Even if you are unable to participate on the day of the ride, please consider becoming a sponsor for the event.

It turned out to be an excellent day for a ride!! I don't know the exact number of folks who came out but it was a great turnout. Thank you to all the folks who helped to make this event a success! I know Bob would be proud to see so many people coming together.

Mark your calendars - next year's event will most likely be the same weekend and it would be great to see even more folks there!
