Yes and no... It depends how you want to look at it. Google as we all know is a IT service provider which primarily is know for its search engine, Youtube etc. As you have read it is being sued and is under a Antitrust investigation. Now while it is not a typical "Cyber Crime" It has to do with the Cyber community and the company is being accused of a crime thus I posted the article here.
