<LI class=video>Video: Passengers Detained One Of The Suspects LEMPSTER, N.H. -- There was a scare for three people who were riding in an SUV on Friday afternoon as a shot was fired at the moving vehicle and smashed out one of the windows.
Police said that Audrey Rhoades, of Washington, was driving west on 2nd New Hampshire Turnpike in Lempster when the window was hit.
Rhoades had two passengers in the vehicle. Nobody was hurt.
Moments after they pulled over and called for police, Rhoades and her passengers saw two juveniles walk out of the nearby woods. They were able to detain one of the juveniles until police arrived.
State police brought in a K-9 that graduated from training just a few hours earlier. The dog was able to locate the second juvenile in the woods.
Police said that a BB gun was used in the shooting.
