LTC question

My uncle has been asking me this question repeatedly and I keep saying that I'll find out for him.
Anyway:
If a person has a class A LTC in MA for a number of years, then moves to NH. He owns property in Lawrence, MA and collects rents and wants to carry again. He does have an LTC in NH but wants to get it back in MA, is it possible and where would he have to go to get it again?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There is a non-resident LTC, issued through the state police.

AFAIK, you can get a Class A, non-resident LTC. It's most likely a royal pain-in-the-ass, but it can be done.

JFSMSP - check this site out.
You will read stories from 1 extreme to the other about obtaining an out of state Class-A from Mass, but there is good advice in some of the posts.
