Any truth to the rumor that the BIDMC PD are going to lose their guns. I heard the doctors and other administrators were trying to pull their weapons. If it's true, shame on them. They knew what they were going to get and the quality of people they hired was very good. All of the officers hired I believe are FT MCJTC academy trained, so there should not be a liability issue.

From what I heard, they never even actually got their guns. Supposedly they were approved, but from what I hear, it sounds like they havent actually started using them. Someone else may know different.
