WAREHAM — Two local teenagers were arrested on drug charges Thursday in separate raids by law enforcement officials, police said. Members of the Wareham Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration Cape Cod Task Force executed search warrants at two locations almost simultaneously around 8 p.m., police Lt. Joseph Vasconcelos, 19, of 2673 Cranberry Highway was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of steroids and possession of ammunition without a permit, Lt. They discovered in the shed a bag of marijuana, marijuana plants, steroids, empty sandwich bags, needles, a digital scale, and one 22-caliber round, Lt. Wallace said. Separately, Steven Petronelli, 19, of 1 Highland Bay Drive was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana, subsequent offense, Lt. Wallace said. Wareham police and the task force carried out a search warrant at Mr. Petronelli's home and found a glassine bag with three individual bags of marijuana, another small bag of marijuana and a scale, Lt.
