She Stabbed Husband in Ear with Fork

Kelly Campbell-Baumgartner married an 86-year-old man after his wife died -- and now she's accused of attacking him in the middle of a Max & Erma's restaurant with a fork.

Campbell-Baumgartner has been charged with three counts, including assault with a dangerous weapon, for the incident at the Canton restaurant.
Prosecutors say she attacked her husband, William Baumgartner, during an argument that started while the couple was eating. Investigators say she dumped food on his lap and then stabbed him in the ear with a fork.
Campbell-Baumgartner is also accused of kicking a restaurant employee who tried to escort her from the restaurant. Her lawyer says she's innocent.
