I saw that BSC was looking to beef up the staffing by adding more patrolmen and a new LT. Also they we're going to hire a bunch of new reserves. Also looks like a bunch of new housing is being built, so the more staff the merrier. Anyone hear anything about new hires?

They only have a listing for the Lieutenant position on their website.

I'm a student there, seems like a very squared away department with great equipment and professional officers. They have complete power including Ch.90. As for positions, they did have 3 (I believe, may have been 4) openings posted for reserves earlier in the year, but they have since been filled from what I've heard.

I have a friend that's going through the process so I can tell you they were looking for a LT, 4 then another 3 reserves for a total of 7 reserves. They are all done with interviews and are doing background checks Im told. I've heard that they will also be hiring some full timers very soon.
