Hello there,

Any idea where a form for Quincy District Court can be downloaded?

Thanks

why would anyone want to eat a criminal complaint form?

Posted by: Gil

I don't know Irish, one of our dispatchers did this one. I was going to try to edit the address out so that it would be a universal form. Ill work on it over the next day or so.

Gil

94C what are you talking about?

We coud use this form with an editable court address. The complaint application we use in PAMET is so cumbersome and it is impossible to do it without making mistakes.

Here ya go Mike, you can now edit the court address

This is great. Does anyone have a pdf of the statement of facts form?

Our RMS system (IMC) does this for us, fills out all the sheets for us. Unfortunately the clerk at our court does not except them. Our Juvenile court accepts the print outs though.

The IMC form is a nice and convenient feature. Our clerks accept those, but frown upon the statement of facts generated by IMC. Because the statement of facts printed by IMC takes a normally 2 page report copies onto the IMC form, with all the bells, wistles, boarders, etc, and is about 5 pages, hence, the clerks get "miffed" about taking those. Although they have never said they wouldn't, you just get an earful every time they get one of the automatically generated statement of facts. So someone created a form in MS Word, which ofcourse has to be copied, pasted, edited so it's not too long; instead of just doing it the easy way...

It would be nice if the courts, statewide, would be consistant in what they accept. Some accept the RMS system complaint forms, some don't. Some clerks don't want the RMS system statement of facts, some want a shortened version. My how the courts complicate the most simple simple tasks...
