HOLYOKE, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) – An arrest on Wednesday came as part of the Holyoke police department's 21st operation Take Back Our Streets. Officers in conjunction with several state and federal agencies netted 26 arrests, which account for more than 500 arraignments.
Holyoke police officers issued 20 moving violation citations, while Massachusetts state police issued another 23. Three municipal citations were also issued. As part of operation TBOS officers confiscated 11 packets of heroin, three packets of marijuana, 12 packets of cocaine, 1.5 units of methadone and a hypodermic needle with drug residue.
