MANCHESTER, N.H. -- A double stabbing in Manchester on Monday was ruled a murder-suicide, investigators said Tuesday.
The Attorney General's Office said that Patricia Kaliscik, 64, and John Kaliscik Sr., 59, were found dead in their Country Club Road home on Monday morning. The couple's son, Brian Kaliscik, 25, was found with multiple puncture wounds and taken to a hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Few details were immediately released in the investigation, but following an autopsy, investigators said that Patricia Kaliscik died of multiple puncture wounds to her midsection. Authorities said that the manner of her death was homicide.
Investigator said John Kaliscik Sr. died of multiple puncture wounds to the chest and abdomen. His death was ruled a suicide.
Authorities said that the case was still under investigation. Neighbors said that the couple's son had special needs, and Dawn Call, who works at the apartment complex, said that she often saw him in the lobby.
