A review board cleared a Kenosha police officer involved in a shooting. The shootout was captured on a dashboard camera inside the officer's car. During a routine traffic stop last month, 23-year-old Robert Brown fired shots at Officer Brian Miller as he stepped out of his squad car, police said. When Brown refused to drop his gun, investigators said the officer fired back, hitting Brown in both arms. Brown was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK. Miller was also hurt.
