How many positions on the Northern border are usually avalable?, are they hard to get? Is there a lot usually going on up there, ie. what is a usually day like for a border patrol agent up there?

Tms,

Check out www.honorfirst.com (this is the unofficial Border Patrol Website)

Also check out

From my understanding spots on the North Border are very difficult to get. I went to college with a girl (mind you this was almost 10 years ago) that got the North border right after getting hired because she spoke fluent french. Evidentally useful for the Quebec folks....

Everyone has to pay their dues on the southern border first. Figure at least 4 years before being eligible to transfer to the northern border.
