Just curious who else may be starting the academy May 21. I guess the T hired 25, Attleboro has 5? going, and my department has three self sponsors.

I'm supposed to - I was in a group of 10 originally supposed to go(for the MBTA)Jan 29th, but we were told the academy was delayed until May 21st. Haven't heard a thing since.

Bald is beautiful........... BESIDES, they want to be ready for their consolidation !!!!!

Being the best is nice, but the certificate is the same when you get done. I doubt there will be a consolidation.

One of my co-workers is in the new MBTA Recruit class. Quite an experience for a non-military kid. Never been exposed to that kind of regimen. A real eye opener.....I agree with Macop.
