Flexible weekend work required; patrol building and grounds; enforce parking; traffic and state laws; investigate accidents and complaints; transport monies and provide protection to public; protect against fire and safety hazards; respond to first aid situations; and other duties as assigned. Ability to be certified as Special State Police Officer; 2-3 years experience in a Law Enforcement or Security agency; CPR/First Aid certified; ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays; patrol campus on foot and cruiser; protect people, property, and college assets; Associates Degree in Criminal Justice preferred. Non-felony background; ability to perform police and security duties; willingness to attend Police Academy; ability to be certified as a LEAPS/CJIS operator
