Man upset about traffic citation

MENDON - A 47-year-old Blackstone man became aggressive with officers after being issued a citation for a traffic violation Wednesday, but he was not placed under arrest because his behavior was not considered disorderly conduct, police said.

Not rushing at a disorderly arrest vs. a nice little article about Mr. Martin in the local paper about his foolish actions. That's a fair trade off with the public embarrassment and warning to the area PD's should they have any dealings with him.
