As far as i know they dont do anything. Just like all the EMA. They like big light bars for downed power lines and trees. They seem to get off on CB radios though "amateur radio" is what they call it. A radio to me is an annoying box that doesnt shut the fuck up when i am at work. Why in hell would i want to listen to one in my spare time.

Look it all I did was ask a simple question on this thing and if you dont have a serious answer to it....STFU. Nothing in my question implied that I was or plan on joining the Billerica Emergency Management Police, so how does that make me a so called "whacker"?. And in reference to Tomcats little reply yes I did send him a message and it was the same exact one I posted on the previous page asking what he found that was so funny, I guess he felt the need to embellish the truth a little to make himself look better who know's who cares...
