When does Season 5 come out on DVD? I think Mrs. Wolfman likes The Shield better than Desperate Housewives now that she's seen seasons 1-4. Need to get her up to date on the whole Kavanaugh / Lem thing before she starts watching 6.

Really? i hated Kavanaugh so much!!! it took me watching "Good Morning Vietnam" for about 15 mins to realize that i was pissed off at Forrest Whittakers character because of the shield. Then I realized how amazing of a job he did in playing Kavanaugh. 2 more seasons left (counting this up coming 1) good its gonna be good.... I hope they don't goout the way of the "BrokeBack Sopranos" did last season!

The explosive fifth season of The Shield will be available in a few days – it will be released on March 27. The four-disk set includes a prequel to the upcoming sixth season, commentary by every member of the Strike Team – Michael Chiklis, Walton Goggins, Kenny Johnson and David Rees Snell – as well as series creator Shawn Ryan, Benito Martinez, Jay Karnes, CCH Pounder and other cast members and writers. The set also features a tribute to late director Scott Brazil, who directed numerous episodes of The Shield and played a key role in bringing the series to life. I always liked Forrest Whitaker in "Fast Times"...

"Is he gonna shit or is he gonna kill us?"
