Advanced weapons and tactics training

Does anyone know of any local, state, federal, private certified advanced (beyond academy basics) weapons and tactics training/schools. I am looking into taking courses, willing to travel and pay the cost of the class/travel.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

SWAT II: Advanced Tactical and Hostage Rescue Oper
Patrol Operations and Tactical Responses Contact - Shirley Mackey Member Price: $595.00 Non-member Price: $695.00
Designed for officers with basic SWAT training, this course employs practical application of advanced SWAT concepts including hostage rescue techniques, coordinated multiple target selection and neutralization tactics, multi-phase special operations, weapons handling, advanced training methodology, complex command and control concepts and more.
Participants will also learn modern techniques of pistol, sub-machine gun and combat shooting; tactical communications concepts; and organization and discipline of special police units. The course emphasizes restraint, discipline and only those techniques that succeed in actual practice and conform to law and police policy.
Course participants must be qualified in their basic assigned weapons; the training pace does not permit basic weapons qualification. Prerequisites are either IACP’s SWAT I course or High-Risk Warrant course. If you have questions regarding your qualifications, please contact a member of the IACP training staff.
At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:* Only sworn officers or full-time employees of law enforcement agencies may attend.

Special Equipment:
All SWAT gear normally assigned, body armor, helmet, gasmask, boots, side-arm holster, SWAT Uniform, nomex gloves. Weapons - Handguns and Sub-guns. All weapons must be sighted for the officer using that weapon.
Ammunition - 300 handgun and 300 subgun
Flashlight
At least one if not two flash bangs (per team) if agency has any.
Ear and eye protection

Steve Stear is a member of the Los Angeles Police Departments Special Weapons and Tactics unit with 25 years of SWAT experience, 15 years as a team leader. He planned and participated in hundreds of SWAT operations and specializes in entry techniques, hostage rescue, and vehicle assault tactics. He has twice been the recipient of the Los Angeles Police Departments Ron McCarthy SWAT Officer of the Year Award. Steve is the IACP's senior tactics instructor.

SWAT I: Basic Tactical Operations and High-Risk Wa
Patrol Operations and Tactical Responses Contact - Shirley Mackey Member Price: $595.00 Non-member Price: $695.00
This course covers SWAT responsibilities, operations, concepts, team member duties and equipment, proper arrest deployment, gas teams, scouting procedures, entry techniques and operational plans for high risk warrant service. Participants will also learn methods of entry and interior movement concepts and strategies, response tactics during violent incidents and proper removal of an injured person from the confrontation area.
Designed for police officers assigned to a SWAT or special operations team, those with pending assignment, and police academy training instructors, the course is conducive to training teams together, and agencies are encouraged to choose same-session training when possible.
Through a series of classroom and practical exercises, participants will be able to:
Be knowledgeable in a new and innovative selection process and how to organize a SWAT team.

Be able to demonstrate methods of handling “Barricaded Suspect” incidents from both the PATROL and SWAT responsibilities.

Be able to demonstrate how to respond and set up containment positions for patrol officers
Be able to demonstrate how SWAT officers plan, scout, brief and execute a plan of operations.

Be able to demonstrate “Covert Entry Tactics”, utilizing a mirror, stealth, tear gas and other tactical options.

Be able to safely shoot on the move with oblique angles and transitioning of weapons

Be able to plan and execute “High Risk Warrants” safely.

Be able to demonstrate the emergency deployment concepts
