as of now im in high school, and I plan to go into the air force after i graduate. (Although i ultimatly want to live in MA or NH) since there are alot of AF bases in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina, i just wanted to know about these their State pd, or their HP.
ex. working conditions, pay, if they have take home cars, etc

Thanks fo any info!

Best advice is go to the website of each by just googeling them. Air Force will more likely have you other states like Texas or California. So don't get ahead of yourself. I know air force people who never were assigned to any of your mentioned states.

When you are on youre third year in the air force. Start to contact the places you would like to work, see when they are having test etc.

Maryland and Virginia are state police agencies, NC is highway patrol. MD and VA are like MA SP with traffic, criminal investigations along with Homeland Security, Governor's security, civil disturbance, SWAT, etc. The more urban the area SP handle more traffic, the more rural they handle routine calls for service. NCSHP is primarily traffic on the highway since local PD's and SO's handle their own investigations.
