Scientists and laboratory equipment from Moscow are on the way to the southern Siberian town of OMSK to investigate the reason for yellow snow which has been found in this community of 27-thousand people. The Russian government became concerned when the yellow snow was found covering some 15-hundred square kilometers in this industrial area. The case was reported in today's AUSTRALIAN.
NOTE: Masscop Inquiries to the Russian government as to the locations Russian K9 training facilities and the number of bathrooms in the town of OMSK were not answered.

I'd be pretty pissed off if I were living in the surrounding area. I mean, maybe someone had a leak? And with the Soviet--um, uh, I mean those nice eastern european neighbors records (anyone eating food grown in the Ukraine lately) I'd be pissed indeed! But I mean, I'm here in the USA, and they're Russia... I guess you'd expect that when youinnation.
