POMFRET, Conn. -- A Pomfret mailbox is at the center of controversy between two neighbors. Pam Lee said she is offended by the mailbox of her neighbor who lives across the street. The mailbox is located in Lee's front yard. "It's very sexually oriented, very offensive and very risqué," Lee said.
The mailbox, owned by Pixie Ray, is adorned with the silhouette of a mermaid. Channel 3 Eyewitness News reporter Dan Kain reported that the fence in front of Ray's home is also decorated with similar silouhettes.
Ray said that the mermaid is sexually explicit and that she wants it removed.
I like that you insert the mail right into the WOOHOO...I would think if the mailman/woman isnt offended then everyone else should suck it up. ________________________ How about this piece of 18th century art...put on their front lawn, would she argue that?
Edited for SOT II and all others at work...LOL
