I think the case in California was thrown out because it was old and they lost evidence. I think it was a child pornography case.

Yeah but didn't the guy admit to it and then was found to be lying...doesn't he go to jail now?

He'll probably get somebody to ghost write a book, sell the movie rights, appear on talk shows, meet up with a few 13 year olds and live the perverted life he wants in some foreign land where he doesn't have to pay taxes or worry so long as he has money to pay the right people.
