It's a busy PD, they are looking for some hard chargers there.

Posted by: DPD6860

That's right jimmy, I hear them all night on the radio.

Posted by: j809

Screws up the surrounding PDs nap time.

Are you trying to imply that Littleton is busier then the mighty Westford PD or Carlise for that matter, I have attended some Carlise Democratic town meetings with my State Senator friend and former DA candidate and I can tell you those Democratic Carlise activists can get hot. That town is a powder keg just waiting to blow.

Great bunch of guys in Littletown. Just stay away from the South side of Littleton. J809 bites if you get too close to his territory and those Boxboro guys are crazy.

COTS??? WHAT??? taxpayer cots??? !! WOW that's interesting?

I do know their SOP has a section in it saying if they are too tired to work, that's a safety hazard etc. so they are ALLOWED to go in the station and take a NAP!! Obviously the Mid-8 shift takes advantage of this, but surprise surprise, the DAY SHIFT on weekends does as well!! Not to mention the town has almost zero crime and most of it is generated by nagging the shit out of commuters with minor ball busting violations generated by running random license plate checks along with your whole lifes story, while you simply drive through town!

COTS? They need to upgrade to beds

did anyone submit resumes for this postition?

Posted by: copper24

Posted by: j809

they hired two already, not sure if more hirings to follow

Posted by: onetime

Does anyone know if they are planning to respond to those who submitted, even if they do not plan to hire them?

Posted by: copper24

That would be nice!!

Posted by: drewpopo

I talked to a littleton guy last night, he advised that they do not respond if you are not moving on in the hiring process

Posted by: lab276

The 2 officers that were hired last year are completely separate from the open position that the department is in the process of filling. The department has already sent out letters to those candidates that they are interested in looking at further for the open position. The first step in the process begins on March 5th. If anyone applied for the position, but has not received a letter advising them to come in on March 5th, then they should consider themselves no longer in the process.

Posted by: onetime

Do you know when they sent the letters out?

Posted by: cpd909

anyone have info if they hired. Been few weeks since interview, and no reply on way or other.

Posted by: lab276

The position has been filled.
