Where I work the pay is (as of July of 2006 contract negotiations)
1-5 steps 15.69 to 17.31, one step equals two years with a raise on your anniversery date and annual date.
A personnel day every month 12 hours up to 96 hours if you don't call out sick the previous month. Also and additional 8 hours personal time if you don't call out sick for 6 months.
Holidays are time and a half with the options of getting an additional day off or a regular days pay not both one or the other. Plus sick time is given in hours so 120 hours a year and regular starting vacation time 2 week up to 5 after 20 years. Vac time you can carry over but up to one week all other time can be carried over to the next year.
