Securitas Security Services, USA, has full time, high profile Shift Manager (Lieutenant) (Boston Special Officer) positions at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Salary starts at $43,000.
1. Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong ability to work in a team environment and lead a work force in a team environment.
Able to work closely with clients and contract management staff in order to ensure assigned responsibilities are properly carried out.
Able to assist in resolution of client specific inquiries, contract related problems and conflicts.
Ability to manage special projects and details when necessary.
Strong communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to work in a deadline and detail oriented environment.
Must be proactive, self-motivated and client service oriented.
Must be able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
Responsible for scheduling including all personnel training, vacations and shift allocations.
2. Additional Minimum Qualifications and Required Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of security and/or military supervisory/managerial/leadership experience. If the applicant has less then three years of experience they may be considered provided the vendor ensures they attend and successfully complete at least one commercial supervisory/leadership training course within the first year in this position.
Associates degree in a related field and four (4) years security and/or military supervisory/managerial/leadership experience. If the applicant has less then four (4) years of experience they may be considered provided the applicant has successfully completed four professional development commercial supervisory/leadership training courses prior to employment and/or promotion.
Must be eligible for appointment as a Boston licensed Special Officer.
Specifically looking for 2300-0700 and a relief shift LT.
