We currently have a position available as a Security Officer. This position performs hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets.

Competencies

High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of security and safety experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques may be required or highly desired. Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.Job Requirements:.Management Position?No Entry Level Position?Yes Work Permit Needed?Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work in the United States will not be considered. Whats the pay? Sounds like another $10hr job.... When companies do not put the pay rate in the ad it is either HIGH or tooooooo LOW.... .... Unless they let you take tips that is a different story.... God the dot com era was great working at a hotel... Yes I will walk you to your room for security reasons. Thank you for the tip... Call me anytime thank you Need your car brought up from Valet .... Sure I can handle that...

They have a great restaurant there. Expensive though.

The starting pay is $15.00 an hour. $16.00 for the overnight. There are 2 supervisor positions available that start at $18.00.

You don't do any kind of valet work. You will open up doors for guests who misplace thier keys.

The restaurant called Melie is very good and open 24 hours a day. The Shusi bar opens in April.

Disney Security is actually a pretty good job, most of the people are retired cops. When I asked for directions to the men's room the last time I was at Epcot, the security officer was a retired Weymouth PD Lieutenant.

Many of us are going to have to work at least a little bit after retirement to get our Social Security quarters in, might as well start thinking about it now.
