What Campus agencies have part time / per diem positions?

Posted by: masscopguy

Regis College is always lokking for part timers.

Regis is great for part-time/per diem work! Not great pay, but the Brass and Officers are truly great folks! It's pretty quiet, but not completely dead as it has it's moments. But it's a great place to work.

Regis is always looking. That's strange.

I have submitted two resumes to Regis, because that's exactly what I want right now is a part time gig.

Never even got a "Thanks, but no thanks" from them. They can't be trying too hard.

Quality,
I not sure how hard you tried to get hired, based on some of the latest hires they've taken in. If you have experience, then they should have called you. If you want to PM me for some info, feel free. They/we are ALWAYS looking for on call/ per diem. The problem is, people are told up front what is expected and when they are needed to work. The same thing always happens though. People say "yes, yes I can do that", but then when the time comes, they say "oh, I can't work the overnight or on weekends". Hellooooo, that's when you're needed most in this instince. If you can work overnights and wekkends, PM me and I'll tell you what to do. I was hired 2 years agao this March. There were 4 other part time officers hired with me and probably at least 4 or 5 more since. I'm the sole survivor of the original 5 hired. There have been a few since then, but they've either left or will be soon. It's just the nature of the job I guess.

Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary has had postings for per diem positions. They require that a candidate be eligible for an SSPO warrant. I don't have to much info on them and there wasn't much on other posts, so if anyone has anything to share about that dept., please do.
