was told people retiring can now roll any accrued time , vaca , sick , personal , etc into their deferred comp.
my question is , does the whole amount transfer or just the 20% they give you going out the door when you cash that time in ?

As i understand it you are allowed to roll your buy out check in to your defered comp. I don't believe you get any more money than you used to, you just don't pay 40% in taxes to Uncle Sam at least not right away
