i been trying to get on a college pd in worcester. does anyone know what the hiring process is? do they administer an exam or anything? i been mostly interested in WPI or Worcester State.

I don't know if Worcester State has an exam. UMASS Lowell uses an exam to hire CPO's. Most of the other departments advertise when they have openings. WPI was just hiring dipatchers.
Holy Cross has not gotten good reveiws on this site. I would constantly check each schools web site and in the meantime send a resume and follow it up with a call. Don't be a pest but let them know you are really interested.
