Go to www.hupd.harvard.edu click on laptop registrastions. They offer a program named STOP. They also register bicycles on line. Hope this helps..

my former college agency did not. I proposed it 2 or 3 times. It is in the heart of Boston too.

Seriously, the money isn't what is important. It's the spending of it that is.

We do both. Basic stuff and part of our "community policing" or "Community Problem Solving" gig. Lots of fun for the kids and it helps take a bite out of crime.

I hope it does, anyway. If not McGruff lied to me!
