I was on a motor vehicle stop(I work in a large Dept....city of 80,000) I have my emergency lights on, take downs, and spotlight....four individuals in the stopped vehicle. All of a sudden some nut pulls up next to me and says "turn those lights off, I cant see". I politely gesture for the man to move along, advising him that I'm on a motor vehicle stop. This knuckle head pulls down the road and comes back a second time, and then a third time. I had to completely fight the urge to pull him through the window of his car and charge him for being disorderly... I just cant believe what goes through the minds of these people we encounter!(Only in Massachusetts) I was so pissed! I just had to share that here to vent....Stay safe all......Happy Holidays

and because you let him get away with it, he'll only try it again.
In my department he would have never gotten away with it.
