The Franklin Police Department is attempting to identify two male parties believed to be involved in a car break in, and subsequent credit card fraud on December 12, 2006. We have posted video footage showing the two suspects using one of the stolen credit cards at the Home Depot store in Bellingham, MA. One is wearing what appears to be a football jersey, and the other a black sweatshirt.
