I would not call this $1.4 million dollar mobile command center a toy.

Toy is defined as something for a child to play with.

This is not a toy. At 1.4 million dollars this mobile command center can spring into action the next time the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has an earthquake, or a tidal wave, or a monsoon, or a hurricane, or a tornado, or a similar force of nature which causes destruction in its path.

Recently the mobile command center was called into action. Below is an actual photo of the center and the cause of the destruction.
