FALMOUTH - The third suspect wanted in the shooting a month ago in Falmouth has been arrested.
Falmouth Police tell CWN 21-year old Eli Finklea of East Wareham was arrested Monday on a warrant
charging him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed assault with intent to murder
and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling. 23-year old Kyle Hicks and 23-year old
Kelvin Frey have already been arrested and are awaiting trial for allegedly shooting 22-year old
Michael Kendricks on Homestead Lane in Falmouth November 11th.
