An elderly Revere man who sued two state cops for false arrest after he pinned an off-duty Revere cop under his Ford Explorer lost his lawsuit yesterday.
A jury in federal district court found the troopers did not violate the rights of Joseph Book, 85, when they arrested him for following too close, operating to endanger and operating under the influence, said the troopers’ lawyer, Tim Burke.

Christ.... that case should have never gotten that far.....drive like an idiot while drunk...pin an off duty cop under your car and then scream false arrest....Troopers or the Revere Cop should have counter sued this idiot for waisting their time...Jeez

Why is it that any old, grumpy elderly people think they can do whatever the hell they want? It's bad enough they yell at us and treat us like shit all the time because they think the law doesn't appy to them, or they think we owe them something.
