More Than Half Victims Teens

BOSTON -- The FBI said Massachusetts has become the most violent state in the Northeast thanks in part to the number of guns on the street.

In response, lawmakers and activists from across the state were gathering Monday for a hearing on Beacon Hill to discuss how to address the problem.

The number of shootings in Boston nearly doubled last year. More than half the victims were teens.

Heres an idea, eliminate the CWOF system....the immidiate first-offense slap on the wrist for anything short of murder is a waste of criminal complaint paperwork. Put some teeth in first offense shit and maybe that will help stop the second offense.

GEE... I bet I know what mumbles is gonna want, anyone say more guncontrol?

Yeah, it's the guns that make it violent, that's it, the guns. Morons.

What we need is some sort of a watchdog group that will expose how many times these liberal District and Superior Court judges get their rulings overturned by the SJC or Appeals Court.

They need to be exposed for imposing their ultra liberal views regarding crime and criminals.

If the FBI says so, it must be true...

Of course Massachusetts is also the most populated N.E. state. the most urban area of the N.E. states, the strictest gun laws of the N.E. states...

Our courts need to find the nitwits guilty of the original charges instead of downgrading the charges that amount to a slap on the wrist.

Lowell is a better place because of you Fozzy.

No- Usually the felonies are dismissed, replaced with misdemeanors and CWOF'd.

Well, usually not CWOF'd but they might as well be.
