Can anyone tell me the what the RI PAT consists of? An email to RI Municipal Academy office staff got me a reply saying i need to ask it in writing. That staff member must have lateraled from Mass OEMS

Just check around different websites of RI Police Departments.....I know I have seen it on a few, if I remember exactly what department I will supply the link.

All I know is the standard for males 20-30 y/o: 1.5 mile run in under around 12 minutes 1 rep. bench press, 99% of body weight (usually done on a Universal machine) 38 sit ups in 1 minute around 14 inches on the V sit & reach under 20% body fat
