Thank you for your speedy email response … I am attaching a copy of the invitation that we would like to get into the hands of all your subscribers.
The event for Trooper Barry's Kids is a golf and gaming fundraiser on October 12th.
We need your help enrolling golfers from police stations and Barracks throughout Massachusetts. If we get just one foursome from each county and one State Police foursome from each New England State, we can make this fundraiser a success.
We also need Volunteers to ask businesses within their communities to contribute prizes to be auctioned at the event … Auction items needed:
Golfing Equipment,
Sporting Event Tickets,
Restaurant Gift Certificates,
Vacations / Cruises,
Retail Gifts and/or Certificates
This event has the approval of the Barry Family & MSP ... Our contacts at the MSP are Karl Brenner & Mark Caron.
If you have any ideas, help or comments that will help make this event a success you can email or call me anytime at 617-653-1722.
Hopefully … you can inspire all of your members to Swing Away for Trooper Barry's Kids.
